- Products must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Refunds are processed after our team reviews and approves the request.
- Approved refunds are usually issued within 5–10 working days through the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side.
- Orders canceled after dispatch may not be eligible for a full refund.
